Can I switch plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes prorate against your current period and the new tier kicks in immediately for new outreach and creator activity.
What counts toward daily creator outreach?
Each unique creator your team contacts in a 24-hour window — across email, DM, and target-collab requests — counts once toward your daily limit. Follow-ups in an existing thread don't count.
Do you handle annual billing for Enterprise?
Yes. Enterprise plans are typically annual with custom volume, custom features, dedicated CSM, and contract terms. Talk to sales and we'll scope what fits your org.
Is there a free trial?
Yes, we offer a 14-day free trial for all plans as well as a 2-week money-back guarantee.
What if I need more than 7,500 daily outreach?
Scale is the highest self-serve plan. Above that, Enterprise is built for high-volume programs with custom throughput, deliverability, and infrastructure. Book a demo and we'll size it correctly.
Are there per-seat fees?
Plans include reasonable seat counts for the team size that typically matches each tier. If your team is unusually large, we'll add seats at a flat per-seat rate during onboarding.
